Continent Grand Building started in 2016 as a construction company. Building residential houses, we were looking for a material that looks expensive, lasts for decades and is made here rather than imported. That is how our terrazzo production with Italian technology appeared in 2020. For five years we refined the mixes, chip fractions and polishing. Today we show the result with confidence.

How we work
Four steps from idea to finished floor
We run the project from the first call to the last grout line. One manager, one quote, no surprises.

Consultation
We discuss the room, the load and the style. We show samples in person or send them to you.

Measuring and quote
We calculate the area in m², the cutting allowance and the layout. Price and lead time are fixed in the quote.

Production
We cast, grind and polish the slabs at our own factory. Every batch is calibrated for thickness.
- 4
Delivery and installation
We deliver to the site and, if needed, install with our own crew under a foreman.
